Exploravelia Wild provides assistance with Ranthambore safari bookings, accommodation, taxi services and customised travel arrangements.

We are an independent private tour operator. This website is not a government website and is not operated by the Rajasthan Forest Department or Ranthambore National Park authorities. Safari permits are arranged through the applicable government booking system, subject to availability and the rules of the relevant authorities.

Our prices may include booking assistance and service charges in addition to government permit charges and other applicable costs. The amount payable and the services included will be communicated before payment.

2. Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry, sharing traveller details or making a payment does not, by itself, confirm a safari permit, hotel reservation or other service.

A booking is confirmed when we provide written confirmation identifying the services successfully reserved. Safari confirmation remains subject to permit availability and acceptance by the relevant booking authority.

If a requested service cannot be confirmed, we will inform you and explain the available alternatives or applicable refund before proceeding. We will not substitute a materially different service without your agreement.

Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect details promptly.

3. Traveller Details and Identification

Customers must provide complete and accurate information required for their booking, including traveller names, ages, nationality and identification details, where applicable.

Travellers must carry the identification documents required by the relevant authority and specified in their booking instructions. Details on these documents must match the booking.

Incorrect information, missing documents or failure to meet entry requirements may result in refusal of entry. Any correction, replacement permit or additional cost will depend on the applicable booking rules.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices depend on the travel date, nationality, number of travellers, vehicle type, accommodation and services selected.

5. Safari Permits, Zones and Vehicles

Safari entry, zones, routes, timings, vehicles, guides and seating arrangements are governed by the relevant authorities and applicable permit conditions.

A requested zone, vehicle, seat or guide is a preference unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Operational changes may occur because of authority instructions, safety requirements, weather or availability.

We cannot guarantee a particular safari zone, route or seating position unless it forms part of the confirmed booking and is permitted by the relevant authority.

Safari permits must be used in accordance with their stated conditions. Changes to traveller details, dates or timings may be restricted.

6. Wildlife Sightings

Ranthambore is a natural wildlife habitat. Tiger sightings and sightings of other animals are not guaranteed.

The absence of a particular wildlife sighting does not, by itself, qualify a completed safari for a refund.

7. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Please submit cancellation or amendment requests through the contact details provided on this website or in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation charges depend on the service booked, the time of cancellation and the applicable permit, hotel, transport or supplier conditions. The cancellation terms disclosed before payment apply to your booking, subject to applicable law.

Some confirmed services may be non-refundable or non-transferable. We will identify these restrictions before payment. Any service fee retained following cancellation must have been disclosed in advance and must be permitted by applicable law.

If a requested service is not confirmed, any amount refundable will be explained, including any previously agreed and lawfully applicable deductions.

For an eligible refund, we will communicate the amount and estimated processing time in writing. The time taken for the payment to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.

8. Reporting Time and Traveller Conduct

Travellers must arrive at the designated reporting or pickup point at the time stated in their confirmation. Late arrival or a missed safari may be treated as a no-show under the applicable booking conditions.

During the safari, travellers must follow the instructions of forest officials, guides and drivers. Feeding wildlife, littering, disturbing animals and carrying prohibited items are not permitted.

Entry may be refused or a safari discontinued by the relevant authority for misconduct or failure to follow safety rules.

9. Accommodation and Taxi Arrangements

Hotel category, room type, occupancy, meals, check-in conditions and transport inclusions will be specified in the quotation or booking confirmation.

Early check-in, late checkout, additional meals, extra kilometres, waiting time and other optional services may attract additional charges where disclosed and applicable.

If a confirmed supplier becomes unavailable, we will inform you and discuss an appropriate alternative or applicable refund.

10. Closures and Events Beyond Our Control

Services may be affected by severe weather, forest closures, government restrictions, road disruption, public emergencies or other events beyond reasonable control.

We will communicate known disruptions and assist with available alternatives, rescheduling or refunds under the applicable booking conditions and law. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed or excluded solely because such an event occurs.

11. Responsibility for Services

Exploravelia Wild is your contact for bookings arranged through this website. Please contact us if a confirmed service is missing, incorrect or not delivered as agreed.

Some services are delivered by forest authorities, hotels, transport operators or other independent providers. We will assist in resolving issues involving these providers.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for our own negligence, misrepresentation, failure to provide agreed services or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
